Although not screen accurate, it would be very difficult to drive the car 
with all the stuff in it,
you will recall in the movie that when Marty was shifting he was accidently 
turning the time drive switch back and fourth....a screen accurate car is 
not a drivable car, not to enjoy anyway.
Few fans will spot the difference.
