Well, if you only want to look at it in a negative way, every company
"profiting from a disaster". There is a cost to replace everything there,
and the pay for the people to do it. So, everyone is guilty.

Good point, it confirms that the energy companies are
simply profiting on a disaster.
Gasoline is still $3.20 here in NJ.. So I guess the
oil companies are still just pocketing the difference.
Your article just makes it even worse than I had
previously suspected.
