I think this really depends on how the message got into the eggs.
If the egg producer put the message in there, that's entirely their
business, and you're free to buy someone else's eggs, or just ignore the
message like any other advertising..
If someone went through the store putting the message in egg boxes, I
believe that already is illegal, since it is technically food tampering.
