I've seen about 2 of those on eBay in the past. If I lived in like a
small, or rather more civilized town when it came to drivers, I
wouldn't mind one of those to commute with. Or even a Commutacar.
A while back there was an electric Fiero too, that was owned by some
big wig @ Disney for sale. It was a gold one, and may have had solar
panels on the back as well.
An electric car isn't a bad idea if you're an apartment owner, and
have easy access to a power outlet for the outdoor lighting near your
car... ;)
