Hey guys,
Well, I have been sitting in the background here
watching the DMC Forum fill up with this thread.
heheh, so I have decided to post my part.
Well, I guess this whole thing is about rising gas
prices. Hmmm, some blame Bush, some blame the
economy, some blame God only knows. But from an
economical stand point, the demand of fuel is only
increasing; more so in third world countries, Europe,
and China. The economies in those sectors have been
steadily increasing, and therefore their demand for
fuel as well. That leaves less for us in the States,
and we end up paying for it. The wonderful laws of
supply and demand. Not to mention the political
turmoil in OPEC producing countries like Venezuela in
the past few months. There is no point of even day
dreaming about gas prices ever dropping significantly,
maybe in like 25 yrs when the world is driving
Hydrogen cell cars, and the the demand for fossil
fuels drop. Will our Deloreans be around by then? I
hope so :) .
Isn't life grand...
