I would guess the struts are original. The car looked like it could use
some detailing so maybe you guys could offer that service. In some of my
pictures of the under carriage, there is what looks like mud splatter.
Speaking of the suspension, the front looks to have the sway bar upgrade.
When did this go in effect?

I always loved that Vin plate on the dashboard. I wish all our cars
had this nice looking professional dash VIN plate.
I'd pay to get a plate made like this with my vin on it.
Me and a few of the Ohio club members have wondered if the museum
would allow us to adjust the torsion bars for them and provide them
with a functional set of struts. To give the car a more professional
appearance.
Still, love that dashboard vin plate. Anyone want to start reproducing
these??
I'd guarantee at least three bought by me. :-)
