RE: [DMCForum] R-12...

These are all NOS containers at authorized distributors.  Links for places
to get a license have been posted on here before.  Anyone recommend one over
the other?

I don't own any cars new enough to use R134a.  =)

Actually, the PADMC always needs it at our tech sessions.

eBay prices run roughly $12-$15 a can @ qty 3 to 6.  The tanks seem to
run about $350.  I don't rust the tanks as much as the cans though, for
the same reasons Marc mentioned (blends, propane, etc.)  A sealed tank
from a reputable source shouldn't present an issue though.

Me: "I was told you guys had a few left over cans of R-12?"

Her: "You're looking for empty cans?"

Me: *silence*

So far, I found thirty (30) small cans for $35.99 each, two thirty (30)
pound cans for $995.00 each.  I also found two other thirty (30) pound
cans
for $625.00 each.  Are these good prices?

Dave, what are you getting this for?

Greg
