Yes, I got the EPA license ($15).  Been getting it mostly on eBay, but
some at parts stores - they can't get rid of the stuff they've been
hoarding now.  Shops (the only ones generally certified to buy) only
want the 30 pound tanks.  Thus, the cans sit on the shelf.

It's funny.  I am now routinely buying R12 for less per can than R134a.



This doesn't pertain to anything in particular.  I'm just at lunch and
I'm bored.
