The guy is obviously full of shit.
All he did was copy and paste someone elses car list used from another part 
in an effort to do "keyword spamming" so that if you looked for any type of 
vehicle you would find his auction.
This is against eBay rules and the auction can be ended for it, and his user 
suspended.
He would have to redo all of his auctions in order to relist them.
Feel free to file a complaint.
