[DMCForum] Can Somebody Explain What's Going On?

Catching up on old postings, I've come across the "DeLorean For Sale"
thread. Near as I can tell somebody is misrepresenting a car for sale.
Can somebody explain in 2,000 words or less exactly what the problem
is, and whether it's been resolved?

And I don't ever want to hear another comment about religion. NONE of
the God threads have ever generated that much traffic.
