Nah, it's just dirty is all, and needs a front fascia and a few things.
Depending on the interiror, it might be a gold mine find.
Guys....it's STAINLESS STEEL!
Just wash it off, take pad to it, good as new.

If this guy would hose it off and take some detailed photos
of the car it would make a huge difference.
