[DMCForum] Clutch woes

Need some advice;
Last September, I replaced my clutch. I bought PJ Grady's complete
Centerforce clutch kit, including brand new master & slave cylinders,
and a new stainless braided clutch line. I installed all of this --
first time I've ever replaced a clutch, but I got the job done and I
thought done right thanks to help from a lot of people, especially
Toby Peterson. Everything has worked great since.
Fast forward to last Friday. I went for a drive and the clutch felt
weird. Normally it begins to engage with the pedal about half
released. On Friday it wouldn't engage until the pedal was nearly
completely released. Today it's even worse. The last 5-10% of the
pedal travel fully releases the clutch.
To give some perspective, think of your brake pedal. You know about
how much pedal travel it takes to turn the lights on -- the brakes
aren't really applied much (if at all) at that point, but it's just a
slight amount of pressure and the brake lights come on. Well, that's
all the pressure I have to put on my clutch for it to release. I
imagine soon the clutch will start slipping (only partially engaging),
and then I'll be screwed.
What could have gone wrong?
My only thought is heat -- it was 90+ degrees here on Friday. It
hasn't been near that hot since I installed the new clutch. When I
first noticed it Friday, I assumed it would return to normal once the
temperature came back down. It was fairly cool today and it's still
behaving this way so obviously that wasn't the right perspective.
