The falacy of multi-splines is frustratingly proven by Torx fasteners.
Every auto owner who has had to deal with their stripped heads knows
what I mean. We all do the same thing -- replace them with old
fashioned allen or hex heads after they are drilled out!

And 16 oz hammers are stronger than 24 oz. And 6mm bolts are stronger
than 10mm. And #1 phillips screwdrivers are stronger than #3...
