Yeah...I've been there.  At one time I tried to get various things 
at local parts stores by purchasing the volvo equivalent, and in all 
cases, two things happened.  1) The part was incorrect.  2)  It cost 
10x as much as it would have cost from a DeLorean vendor.  I don't 
waste my time anymore.  Try pricing fuel injector seals.  Advance 
wants $7/piece for them.  And don't bet that just because they say 
they have it, that they really do.  If you try picking up an oil pan 
gasket, for example, they'll say it's the right part, but it's 
really not.  They just have it referenced to the 1980 Volvo 262 
which does not have the same oil pan as the DeLorean, but shares 
some of the other engine parts.
