a De Lorean, although in the game they call it a DeLuxo.

you can use the hover D in GTAVC, just not skins.

do this code while in any car and it will hover on water

I've played both GTA3 and Vice City and never remember seeing a D on
either. The reason that they removed the gullys is that maybe they
didn't know how to mke the doors open properly without looking fony
due to the matrix.
