That's very interesting,
     I've had excellent luck with the Firestone Indy 500's both on my
GMC Jimmy 4X4 and my Porsche 944.  Definitely an economical
replacement for the AT tires and the Goodyear Eagle GT II's I used to
run.  Remember, I live out here in AZ where road temperatures can
exceed 120 degrees.  Never tried them in snow and certainly hope I
don't have to....:)

Jim's 3-rotor car had Firestone Indy tires on it that suck royally.
That type of tire is a hazard even on a stock DeLorean.  However, I
hear that they handle great in snow.  Don't see much of that here in
Florida.  I wanted to have Jim try my Michelin Pilots on his car to
see how it would handle, but we didn't have the time.
