I'm guessing you don't have one, but the new angle drives have a
grease fitting on them. Just pop your grease gun on it and pump out
the old grease every other oil change. I just remove the speedo
cable, slather it in grease, and reinstall it.
I recommend delorean-parts' teflon lower speedo cable over the stock
part, along with the newer style angle drive. Makes the speedometer
almost bulletproof and easy to service.
