There are lots of auction sites, I think Yahoo even
has one.

At this point you need big advertising money to get
any business.  

Even if you offer it for free..  No sellers will list
because there are no customers.  You wont have any
customers until you have sellers.  Why would I list my
item on Joe's auction site when I know I can get more
for it on Ebay?
