LOL... There's an easy solution. Leave him a voicemail. Tell him he
has 7 days to return your property or you're calling the police. If he
does not respond, go down to the police station and explain the
problem: He is in possession of property that belongs to you, it has
been x amount of time and he is avoiding you, and at this point you
consider it to be stolen property. They will help you get it back.
