There is a national insurance auction company with yards all over the 
US that auction off insurance claim cars. Typically junkyard owners 
are the only folks to see these cars, weather it be fire flood or 
wreck cars. I saw this car come up on the auction block a short time 
after the hurricane came through the gulf coast. All those hurricanes 
produced many flood car claims.
