Now Marc, that is a wide sweeping statement.  -Every- minority child waiting
to be adopted is in a foster home, and -all- of them are being abused?  I
seriously doubt that.

Lots of people looking to adopt WHITE babies...  All
of the minority kids (most black) are in foster homes
being abused....  Perfect recipe to raise a criminal.
