Isn't there an eBay policy against this? 

For that matter, how does anyone know this is legit? For all we know
there is no DeLorean, no "Eagles Charity Fund", and someone is just
trying to pocket the money. 

Even if it is real, these people are trying to make a small fortune
off of this car. It seems just a tad excessive to me, don't you think?
