For some time now I have been wondering why both the Democratic and 
Republican parties have been hiring lawyers for this election.

So far the Repugicans have raised $9,000,000
While the Democrats have only been able to raise $3,000,000

Why if there is no election question yet,  what is going on?

Well, last night I found out why!!


In the so called Reagan "land slide" of 1980,  The repugnican party 
first practiced their INTIMIDATION of minority voters.  Among the tricks 
they used were
1. Hiring fake police to stand outside of polling places - this would 
scare away anyone with an outstanding warant for even a parking ticket. 
(they had video from 1980.)
2. Challenging voter registration records on minor unimportant 
technicalities- like they are doing again in florida.
3. misdirecting voters to the wrong polling places.  

What I was unaware of,  is that a class action suit was filed against 
the Repugnican National Committee for interfering with voting rights of 
minorities in 1980.  As a consequence. of this suit,
the NRC  pleaded guilty in FEDERAL COURT.  AND

THE REPUGNICAN PARTY SIGNED A CONSENT DECREE TO NEVER USE SUCH TACTICS 
AGAIN TO INFLUENCE THE ELECTION RESULTS

Well, Guess what?  THEY VIOLATED THIS CONSENT DECREE IN FLORIDA AND HAVE 
OPENLY STATED THAT THEY INTEND TO DO SO AGAIN IN THIS ELECTION.  (There 
is already one case in the courts on this from 2000).    So this is why 
everyone has hired lawyers!  BECAUSE THE REPUGNICANS INTEND ON VIOLATING 
THE LAW, WITH PREMEDITATION, .AND THIS DECREE!   AND YOU CAN'T STOP THEM 
FROM COMMITING THESE CRIMES UNTIL THEY DO THEM ON ELECTION DAY!  Then 
you can sue.

So I guess November 3, is going to be very, very interesting.  Makes you 
want to be a lawyer, doesn't it?
