Walt,

Great pictures of the fan upgrade.   Looks very similar to what I did on 
my V8 car.  

I was able to measure the actual CFM and velocity change with the new 
fans.  At least 25% more air was moving through the radiator.  Don't 
member that exact numbers because it was over 12 years ago.  But the 
stock fans were about 1500 fpm and then upgraded fans were 2000 fpm.

Funny thing the visual appearance of the fans had no relationship to the 
amount of air they moved. .  I checked the fpm of  various after market 
fans before selecting the ones I used.  Unfortunately, the noiser ones 
moved more air  though I like the quiter design you chose.

Amp draw was about the same.
