You should really read the articles you claim to be proof.  

They are referring to this USA Today recount, that proves Bush won?

"Depending on the criterion..." Yes, of course.  If you look at every
possible scenario based on the way the dimpled ballots were counted, you're
likely to find a way that even Nader could have won.  However, even
according to the article that you used as proof, there is only one scenario
out of around 8 that would have accounted for a Gore victory.

But I did not ask you to find "under what possible scenario Gore could have
won".  I asked you to find a recount where Gore won.  The USA Today recount
showed Bush as the winner.  Period.  Your World Socialist Web Site article
simply critiqued the USA Today recount.  You still have not shown us a
recount where Gore won.

biased towards Gore... I see how this works now. Claim the -way- the votes
were counted is bad. That's possible to twist any way you'd like. The fact
is, though, that the USA Today recount supports my statement.
