Ryan,

Buying properties is not reinvesting in the economy.  That is not my 
opinion, that is the FACTS from the COB and the FR.

Why is this not reinvesting?  Simple,  the rich guy buy the home that 
was once owned by another person.  That reestates is now converted to 
rental property.?
Guess where all the income now goes.  To the same rich guy.  No 
multiplying effect of money.  Therefore, it is not an investment that 
creates jobs.

Job creation is the criteria here, not just owning more property and 
centralization of the wealth in a few people.  

I grew up poor,  I lived with a family that just made enough money to 
pay the rent and buy food.  There was no money to save.  We had used 
clothes.  Nothing new.

The only reason I am where I am know, is I learned to do everything for 
myself.  I designed and built my own home.  I do all my own car repair 
and restoring.
I don't hire plumbers, electricans, painters. mechanics, etc.   And I 
paid for my own education.  I worked my way through college on minimum 
wage and know what it is like to live like that money.

However, I still have a lot of poor friends.  I give them jobs whenever 
I can.  They struggle to just pay subsistence bills on minimum wage.  
Yes, these people are not the brightest stars, but they are good 
religious people who do not deserve to suffer the way they do due to a 
lack of a living wage.

I also have an acquantence who is the 5th richest person in Illinois 
with $750,000,000.  (I wonder how much money the other 4 people have?)

This guy owns two home shopping channels and make $250,000 per day. 
 what does he do with his money -  nothing.  Just tries to accumulate 
more wealth.  

His TV station only employee 10 people.  The rest is done by computers. 
 His highest paying job is $8 per hour.  

I have no respect for him.  He does not care at all about people, the 
environment or even his kids.  He is constantly fixated about becoming 
#4 or #3. etc.

If I had that kind of money,  I would be making new updated DeLoreans.
