Did you have this problem before you replaced the
alternator?  If not then maybe the brushes in the new
alternator haven't seated properly.  It is (unfortunately)
normal for DeLorean system voltage to go to low at idle.

Typically, bucking like you describe is from a hole in the
fuel suction hose.  So do you notice it goes away with a
full tank of fuel?

Has your car had the inertia switch update done?  The
original inertia switches tend to melt which could cause the
fuel pump to cut off & then make the car buck.

Have you cleaned all of your ground connections?  There are
several that can cause problems when they aren't right.
