You are 100% correct. However, as this is an un-moderated forum, any
attempt to keep things topical instantly results in cries of "free
speech" and "if you don't like it, go somewhere else".
Every time there's a moment's peace, Marc feels it's his civic duty
to post an inflammatory comment so he can demonstrate what an
emotional crutch religion is, or how F-'d up George Bush is, all the
while claiming to be an "independent" because he's too lazy to find a
Liberal/Political/Atheist/Agnostic Yahoo newsgroup to find others of
like values. Jeremiah of course, rises to the bait and abuses the un-
moderated venue to "witnesss" becaues he knows we'd slam the door in
his face if he was house-to-house. He knows there's no door to slam
here, and that we can't stop him and he will persist until the room
is empty.
Well in the United States, when you see a billboard that digusts you,
you look away. When you hear a radio show or TV program that clashes
with your interests or values, you shut it off or change the channel.
You folks can incite, or proselytize all you like. I'm not going to
ask you to stop. It's your 1st Amendment right. Me? I'm off the
Forum. If I want DeLorean technical advice, I'll just have to wait
for the moderation process.
