What Andrei (and Greg, and everybody else who has driven through New
Orleans) is sadly true, although (probably since the Mayor Nagin would
like to be re-elected) some of the roads are being actually dug up and
paved freshly with black asphalt. Many of the old "concrete panel" roads
are being re-done in such a manner. But it will probably be a while
before they have done the worst 10% of town. The only guy I have known
who said the roads in New Orleans were "not that bad" was from Boston.

I don't think it counts ... it doesn't even have the correct turning
radius and the front spoiler's bent and well there are a few other
things that make it somewhat less than authentic ... ;)

A picture I did not need! LOL

Aw, come on. What about that clerk at Wal-Mart? LMAO I'm just glad my
facial hair was thicker.
(Well, I don't care about offending anyone.) Man ... you have *no idea*
how easy it is to be single in New Orleans, not being from here. LOL In
high school, I could have hurled a brick into any classroom and had a
good chance of hitting a woman more desireable than 90% of any of the
ones I've met down here. I think the only reason the birth rate has not
actually gone *down* in the south is because there's so much alcohol
consumed here.

January of '79. Well, I need the beard for the play I'm in, but I plan
on going back to my trademark goatee once that's over with. I can't
shave the whole thing otherwise I get carded for everything.
