...and here we are trying to hire someone, for the last two years.  I have
one guy who can only work part time right now, and have yet to find anyone
else who can, and is willing, to do the work.

Huh?  maybe I missed your point..

I have read all that has been posted, and still
believe the economy is not improving.  Your welcome to
try and convince me otherwise which will be hard to do
as long as I am unemployed (or underemployed)..
However, I would welcome underemployment at this
point!
