I recommend McMaster's 10-32 3/4" (same size as 5x.8mm) black nylon
machine screws (binding head) to hold the trunk access panels.
Guaranteed never to sieze to the rivnuts:

Part #94690A831 (bottom of the page). Electrolysis could weld your
stainleass fasteners even with anti-sieze.
