I'd go even further than that. If George Bush would have gone on to North Korea instead of Iraq he might have been heralded as one of the greatest modern presidents. Unlike Iraq, North Korea DOES have WMD's, and HAS threatened to use them on us. Yet we totally ignore them. The war in Afghanistan was totally necessary, but the war in Iraq was just a distraction from it because it was a total flub. Who needs 8 years of peace and unparalleled economic expansion again?

-- I think almost everyone would still be supporting him if he had the
self control to stop at Afghanistan), and we've still got 6 months to
go...
