[DMCForum] What to seal hole in footwell with

I need to know what to seal the hole where the evap pipes come 
through into the passenger compartment from the accumulator.  It has 
black sticky stuff on it but not enough to seal the hole and water 
comers in when driving inhe rain.  

Any help would be appreciated.  I know it has been listed before what 
to use but I can't find it.
