I thought you were looking for a good runner for $12,000, i dint know  
you meant you wanted one that wasn't running or interior work.

I paid $15,500 for mine and i stuck about $1500 last year into it and i  
still need about another $2500 to make it respectable looking. So i  
figured if i would have spent about $19,000 on mine i would be close to  
a flawless interior and excellent exterior.
