Hi James,
I wouldn't pay more than 6 for it, but it would be a fun project!
I have seen nicer cars for 7k
The interior can be pretty expensive to do, this one looks like it
needs a bit of work there. Probably countless hidden problems also,
could be a few mice living in the relay compartment!
I'd suggest paying 6 to 7 k, then drop a stainless frame in there,
with an engine conversion. IMHO.
