[DMCForum] Sagging Fascia

I have read over and over how to fix the typical "eye brows" that 
plague the front fascia, but mine is sagging in the middle.  Looks 
like it is slightly drooping. Anybody know how to fix this...am I 
possible missing a support (I did notice that he support in the 
middle (The "L" bracket) was missing the bolt and I replaced it. but 
is that the only support for the front of themiddle.....

The PO was very much into half-a$$ repairs..
