Are you sure your WOT microswitch is working? I suppose you could measure the dwell at the frequency valve and push the switch by hand. You could make the WOT switch control the CSV (instead of the lambda computer) or both the CSV and the lambda/frequency valve to get the right amount. I have NO IDEA how much fuel you are going to get out of the CSV, but this would at least make it consistent. There are also control computers where you can add an extra fuel injector (usually used in add-on turbo situations), and I can't see why this would be any different, as long as it is centrally located to allow even distribution.
