[DMCForum] transmission drain plug tool

I am doing some minor stuff before driving to the MidAtlantic spring social and than Pigeon forge....I am going to change my tranny oil but was wondering the best way to loosen the plug. I will do the "fill" one first so that I know I can get new oil in there. What is the best tool to do this?  I tried a few tools I had but nothing would budge it. I am guessing it needs to be beefy or that it will need to be "shocked" loose since it has been sealed forever....Will I need to replace any sort of seal or washer under the drain plug???
