Come on, man, you haven't seen the most annoying "Star Trek" episode 
ever? ;) ("Headin' now to Eden .... Yeeeeeea, brother ..." *retch*)

Herbert's a stick in the mud, basically. He's somebody who clings to the 
old way of doing things despite the fact that new ways would be better. 
Like the old Captain Kirk in that horrendous show. LOL
