Prioirty mail does NOT guarantee 2-3 days, and in my experience as an ebay Power Seller, it most always takes over a week if it's over 500 miles away. Whenever you complain they tell you it's because of anti-terrorism legislation.

I recently aquired a fully functional, excellent quality ASI DeLorean
stereo from a guy on Ebay for $75 including Priority shipping.
It doesn't match my VIN, but I couldn't resist the logo on the tape
deck door.
Then my trailing arm bolt snapped. I immediately emailed the guy and
told him I'd send the money soon, or he could flame me, and re-post
it. He told me not to worry, he'd hold it for me. A week or so later,
I Expresse'd payment to him. According to USPS.com he signed for it
Monday.
It's Friday. Priority mail would have been here by now. He doesn't
respond to requests for a tracking number. His feedback is good
overall. When is it safe to get pissed off?
