Walt,
The manifold and W-pipe were bead blasted and clear
coated by Elvis Nocita. He also designed and cut out
metal covers to close off the ports during work (will
be posted shortly). As for everything else. Each
item was taken apart piece by piece, cleaned polished
and re-assemled. Non aluminum parts such as brackets
were cleaned with a dremel, primed and painted with
paint designed for such heat levels.
All screws and bolts and washers were locally
purchaced except for the M7's that came from various
locations (mostly PJGRADY).
Brass items like the cold start pipe were disassembled
and cleaned with a combo of brasso and MAAS, then
clearcoated.
ALL SEALS, O-RINGS, AND GASKETS ARE BRAND NEW. All of
them.
All vaccume hoses have been replaced with John Herveys
silicon kit.
All water pump hoses are of the silicon variety.
