Someone jacked the price on that to make sure they get it at a lower 
price (jack it way up, last minute, cancel the high bid so it goes low). 
I seriously doubt that airplane is worth $100mil. According to 
http://www.hill.af.mil/museum/photos/coldwar/f-18.htm an estimate $25mil 
is a new one.
