[DMCForum] [DML] DeLorean Motor Company

Concrete evidence included below!

99% of what is said on the DML is speculation.  I
don't see why this discussion is any less valid than
any other.

I am interested in what research Mark (DMCVIN6683) has
done? I have been a member of the DML since the early
days, and was active in the community when all of
these things were happening and I have yet to see any
evidence that DMCH bought the rights to ANYTHING.  I
find no evidence that KPAC owned any rights to
anything that they could sell, only a warehouse full
of parts.

As Wayne pointed out, the company based in Texas was
registered before they purchased the remaining parts
from KPAC in Ohio.  They are a Texas corporation
ID#17604698500, and were registered on May 12, 1995. 
It was not until sometime in 1997 or 1998 that they
purchased the parts from KPAC.
