I meant "rim and the tire" as a complete unit, not two different things. substitute "rim and the tire" with "complete wheel". I just said it like that because the measurement that is correct for the conversion is the rim (15in*25.4mm/in) + the tire 2*(235mm*.6aspect ratio) so, tread.
