Martin, are you being particularly confused today???
60 minutes in one degree
60 seconds in one minute
.29 degrees is 29% of a degree. Degree is the unit. .29 is the number.
.29 degrees equals .29*60 = 17.5 minutes = 17 minutes, 30 seconds.
measured between the 2 wheels, the measurement is doubled, so it's 17.5*2
= 35 minutes. This is just over one half a degree, or .58 degrees.
Using walt's measurements, it would be .48 degrees across the two wheels.
