Using 23inch for wheel diameter I got an angle of (3mm/584mm)*57.3=
0.29 degrees, so I guess I agree with Jim.
I thought you were supposed to use the rim diameter, instead of the
wheel diameter. Is this wrong? Using 15inch for rim diameter, I
came up with .45 degrees.
