Are you running off brass manifold screws? If so, try opening inlet screw a bit more. Don't forget to set balancing screws PROPERLY (see IDLE.TXT under Files section). Old Volvo PRV's idle at 900 RPM BTW. May have difficulty manually tuning to 750.
