Look people, by "bad experience with Grady" I meant a bad repair experience. Small screw-ups in ordering are inevitible.. Grady screwed up the price on one of my orders once... so has Houston... So has my local quik-stop/gas station. If you run a business, you too, at some point, have screwed someone's order up. Does that make them have an altogether bad experience - no. When Grady screwed up my order, he simply didn't notice it... I called... he fixxed it... viola... I'm a happy camper. If you go to Grady with list of larger repairs, and you make sure to communicate everything you want clearly and stay in touch.. and realize it's not gonna happen over-night... you will be very pleased with Grady's service. The fact remains that at one point or another we're all jackasses (and all make mistakes), as is very evident by this whole thread.
