I have seen this before on DMCH's web site see here. http://www.usadmc.com/dmcstore/ViewPage.asp?PageID=97 Look at number 10 it is labeled "washer" Look at number 11 it is labeled "Panel, closing RR" Number 11 looks like a bolt and number 10 is the closing panel.
