Data AcQuisition . I have no idea how it became DAQ but they are lots of fun to play. The system we had at school was sensitive enough where we would tape bare wires to people's head and monitor brain activity... I only taped things to my arm and hands, duct tape on the head really hurts to take off. As I moved it would pickup the electrical activity in the muscles and plot it. Only problem was we had to do it with the flocent lights off due to noise. And yes I know about the date on my laptop being Nov 8. And no I don't need any help fixing it.
